Kim Kardashian took to Instagram on Tuesday to share several photos from her son Psalm’s extravagant 5th birthday party. The 43-year-old reality television star hosted a Ghostbusters-themed celebration for her youngest son, who looked delighted in the snaps.
Kardashian kept her outfit casual yet stylish, wearing a white t-shirt paired with jet-black leather pants. Her platinum blonde hair flowed freely, cascading over her shoulders and back during the event.
In one photo, Psalm posed happily with his grandmother, Kris Jenner, who sported a Balenciaga athletic top, leggings, and high-top Nike sneakers. Another photo captured Psalm next to a full-size cutout of himself dressed in a Ghostbusters costume, adding a fun touch to the themed party.
Kardashian also shared a glimpse of the birthday cake, topped with a decorative Slimer, staying true to the Ghostbusters theme. Additionally, Psalm was seen enjoying a custom-made Ecto-Cooler, a nod to the iconic drink from the Ghostbusters franchise.
The social media mogul didn’t miss the chance to capture a moment with her youngest daughter, six-year-old Chicago, at the event. Kardashian, who shares Psalm and Chicago, along with her older children North, 10, and Saint, 8, with her ex-husband Kanye West, looked every bit the proud and dedicated mother.
Kim and Kanye started their family journey in June 2013 with the birth of their eldest child, North. The couple married in 2014 and welcomed their three youngest children in 2015, 2018, and 2019, respectively. They separated in 2021, finalizing their divorce the following year.
In a candid conversation on the “On Purpose with Jay Shetty” podcast, Kardashian opened up about the challenges of motherhood. She admitted that raising her children can be overwhelming at times. “There are nights I cry myself to sleep. Like, holy s***, this f***ing tornado in my house. Like, what just happened?” she shared.
Kardashian also discussed the difficulties of managing her children’s varying moods and personalities. “With all the moods and the personalities and sometimes they’re fighting, and you know, there’s no one there. Like, it’s [just] me to play good police officer and bad cop,” she explained.
Despite the challenges, Kardashian’s love and dedication to her children are evident in her efforts to create memorable experiences for them, like Psalm’s Ghostbusters-themed birthday party.
